AF-S DX NIKKOR 35mm f1.8G Sample Images

posted in: Lens | 0

My sample images from AF-S DX NIKKOR 35mm f1.8G. The first prime lens I bought.

When I search for lens reviews I always want to see actual finished images the specific lens can produce along with technical information. A lot of sites already have technical information with focus charts so I will focus on the images instead. I do not consider myself an expert. So use your own judgement when reading this post.

The sample images you see here are always auto adjusted in Capture One with an occasional highlight and shadow adjustment. All images originate from RAW files. JPEGs are exported at full resolution at 100% quality.

Final Words

When I put the NIKKOR 35mm f1.8G on my camera I was blown away by the images it was able to produce. The sharpness, color and overall quality is outstanding considering how little this costs. The 35mm focal length is easy to work with and is usable in many different situations. Cheap prime lens for Nikon DX DSLR camera owners.
